Why are we here ?

The writing freaks are 20 youngsters I’ve been witnessing grow for almost a year into a bunch of highly critical thinkers and very fine analysts. Indeed, whenever a topic is thrown at them, be it political, social or artistic, they grasp it, deconstruct it, and make it their own with a touch of humor and an exquisite casualness.

Don’t get me wrong, “the freaks” can sometimes miss the point, which is only fair considering their young age. But whenever they do… Whenever they go off the beaten track, it is only to unleash some hidden wisdom of their own. That one you encounter as a light shed on a dark pathway.

They have so much to say, so much to write and so much to voice that I feel, as a mediator, that there needs to be some trace of it, somewhere. A drafted manuscript in the digital age that can be read, watched, and maybe built upon.

Let the journey begin ....
